Return and Refund Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods, or when a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, and you will not incur any refund fee.

Conditions for Returns

For the goods to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
• The goods are in the original packaging.

Goods That Cannot Be Returned

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which by their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiry date.

• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not satisfy the above return conditions.

Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
